The LAMEMBA assessor team, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razak Munir, SE, M.Si., M.Mktng., C.MP., and Mrs. Lena Ellitan, Ph.D., were present in a series of evaluation and accreditation processes of the Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Palu. This activity is an important step to improve the quality of education towards a superior study program.
As part of our commitment to providing relevant and high-quality education, the Master of Management (MM) program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu recently conducted a field assessment activity aimed at offering students hands-on experience in applying management concepts in real-world situations. This activity is a key component of our experiential learning curriculum, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
During this field assessment, students had the opportunity to observe various companies and organizations closely, engaging with experienced professionals in the field of management. The activity allowed students to analyze real-world challenges faced by businesses, from strategic planning and human resource management to innovation in business processes. This firsthand exposure provides a deeper understanding of the complexities of the business world and the critical importance of strong management skills in navigating fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Furthermore, the field assessment allowed students to develop essential skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, all of which are crucial in the professional world. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, students gained valuable insights into the day-to-day challenges of management, which will better prepare them to handle future managerial responsibilities.
