In accordance with the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) Decree Number 9123/SK/BAN-PT/Ak.Ppj/S/XI/2022, the Bachelor's Degree Program in Management at Muhammadiyah University of Palu has been conferred the accreditation rating of 'Excellent'.

Vision and Mission

Vision

To become an excellent Study Program in Business Management with an entrepreneurial spirit based on Islamic values, recognized at both National and ASEAN levels by 2025.

Mission

Provide competitive management education and instruction at the ASEAN level, continuously developing to produce management graduates who meet contemporary demands.
Conduct management research competitive at the ASEAN level that benefits the development of science and technology, while contributing to business and societal problem-solving.
Implement community service in management at the ASEAN level for the advancement of science and technology in resolving business and social challenges.
Establish and develop Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah principles.

Graduate Profiles

Entrepreneur

Capable of conducting entrepreneurial activities characterized by entrepreneurial and managerial abilities, creative and innovative thinking, communication skills, negotiation prowess, and extensive networking capabilities. Demonstrates responsiveness to changing market and industry needs while facing global challenges, grounded in values of honesty, caring, and responsibility.

Consultant

Proficient in providing consultation or advice to companies regarding optimal business management and operational practices.

Manager

Competent in planning, organizing, leading, communicating, and negotiating, as well as controlling business and non-business organizations in marketing, human resources, operations, and finance, founded on values of honesty, care, and responsibility.

We shape Management Program students in Business Management to be competitive at both National and ASEAN levels, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit capable of facing global challenges.
